Ever since I was eight years old, people have suggested that I might have dyscalculia. Whenever I try to look into getting a diagnosis, I'm always told the same thing- that there's not point since not many people have even heard of it, despite the fact it's estimated to be just as common as dyslexi...

Welcome. I think you are in the right place and I'm sorry she hid those things from you. Some people find comfort in having the diagnosis confirmed to be able to label things and develop who they are separate from aspergers. Or at least I try to. I am not wholly aspergers. Good luck and I hope you f...

I think Facebook is hard sometimes because you can't tell what the other person is doing. Like for me I work and I like talk to people on messenger because it helps with work anxiety but if someone comes in I have to stop talking and I can't always say that. I'm always cool to talk when I can though...

Bobs are a classic haircut that look good on a lot of face shapes. They're also low maintenance. I think it would be good with what you said your needs are. I would let them know what your specific needs are up front because I know curly hair can be cut a specific way.

I don't have an answer to this but I would like to know too. I remember reading that the food pyramid was not correct.

Still struggling massively with insomnia problems. Having to wait until I see my psychologist again in order to gain potential medication for it - alongside having to go back onto my old antidepressants. Starting two things at once however sounds like it would take one to Side-effect City. Feel lik...

We watched Dr.Strange last night. I was a fan of the character himself but the graphics were a bit to heavy on the Inception style. The cape in my opinion was one of the funniest parts of the movie. I like how they're tying in the newer Marvel movies with the rest of the Marvel multiverse. Overall p...

I have struggled with being employed all of my life. I am currently in an administrative position and have been for about a year, my second time around at a job like this. I don't follow office politics and also have learned through bad experiences to keep to myself even more so than I normally do. ...

I'm new and looking to make friends. I have interests that make me pretty isolated in my community (paganism and Kabbalah, etc) and I struggle in social things. I have misophonia and food texture problems ongoing that I'm trying to adapt to. I'm not sure what else to say. I'm happy to find this plac...
