Today isn't going well for me. I volunteer at a charity shop and because of a road closure I ended up not going as wasn't sure how to get there another way and felt quite panicky and anxious :( I mostly feel like I've let the people at the shop down because of it. Possibly the only person to not go ...

I'm 23, unemployed and an aspie.

Since April this year I've started to volunteer a few days a week in a charity shop, which I feel is helping me a bit.

Other than that though I've never been properly 'employed' or anything like that :(
