I am kind of like that too. I have been working in the same company for 5 years now but I still don't find it close with my co-workers, managers. I know my co-workers for a long time but I still feel like they are strangers and being too formal to them.

I'm 20 years old just like you. You are basically describing me. I am socially anxious and can't fit in. I sweat, face gets red, stutter alot. The time when I discover I might be on the spectrum, I got relieved. I care less about how people think of me. This is who I am. It is easier to find friends...
