Hey this is a new podcast I'm working on at Parent2Parent in New Zealand. We focussed on Autism and neurodiversity through April, but we are going to be covering more aspects of the disability sector. I'd love some feedback on what we have done so far :)

Just listen to them and understand their needs, like that they may not feel like hanging out sometimes or might have trouble keeping the conversation going. Be direct about how you feel or what you want, as well. And if they have a meltdown or something, understand that they're not doing it on purp...
