I'm looking online and see methods for children, not adults. that's frustrating, isn't it? along with the wider stigma of autism in general being something only kids have, and something adults grow out of or "get over". normally i like to go on long drives when i'm emotionally frustrated,... |

How do you cope with regulating your emotions? I'm trying to find a way to self regulate bc I'm getting extremely overwhelmed very easily a lot lately. Please help! I'm looking online and see methods for children, not adults. |

Hyposensitivities. Apart from hyposensitivity to pain, these are less obvious than the hypersensitivities. Could my aspergers traits be worse than my employer (an autism counselor) thinks? She thinks I just have traits but I think it might be more than just traits. Can aspergers hide in the brain and not reveal itself? |

I took a aspergers quiz and it said I scored 31 (32 and greater is ASD). 26-31 was boarder line aspergers. So would my score from the neuro diverse test reflect boarder line? What's the 200 mean in the "out of 200"? |
