I planned Thanksgiving Dinner, ordered groceries for next week to pick up so I don't have to go in the store, went for a run & took care of the kids. Now time to relax. |

I was just thinking about Legos today when playing blocks with my daughter. I devoted many days of my childhood to Legos. Good times.

That sounds so neat!! What is all this VR stuff? And the headsets? Explain it to me, I'm a technophobe. What do people use it for?? You're using a computer device to write this so that big of a technophobe you can't be ;) Well with a VR headset you can plug it in to you're computer (though you need ... |

I'm glad I'm not the only one! We end up eating out 3 days a week at least which isn't good. My husband doesn't mind but it would be nice to save some money. Yes, I'm almost exactly the same way. Meal planning and food shopping isn't hard for me, but we're usually too lazy to cook or wash the dishes... |

I feel like I am so bad at this. I'm in charge of meal planning, food shopping and cooking for our family. I overthink things and spend days planning meals for the week, take even longer to either go food shopping or order groceries online, and half the time I don't even have the energy to cook the ... |

...and I think it's good enough for me. I don't really have a desire to go through the $ and time for an assessment from a center. My therapist says that he feels comfortable saying that I do in fact have high functioning autism or Aspergers. Anyone else just stop there and have that be enough for t... |

I haven't been diagnosed yet and I don't smoke but I know that I personally can't tolerate alcohol. I can't stand the taste and it actually feels like it burns so much going down my throat (soda does this too) so I avoid it. If I do drink (maybe once or twice a year) it has to be something sweet lik... |

I've always been book smart (math particularly) and did better than many of my peers in school, however I do stupid things constantly. My husband is NT and way smarter than me, but that's what drew me to him. |

My opinion is don't tell her. If someone told me that I was getting fat it would upset me. As someone who's weight goes up and down, I always have to be the one to decide that I want to lose weight. If my husband said I was getting fat it would have the opposite effect and I would just eat more beca... |

No, I make sure to do the laundry at least once a week. It might take me all day to actually put it away though. |

Thank you. I think that makes sense. I'm re-reading what I wrote and I sound like such a bad person. I need to clarify. If I see someone crying, I will also immediately start crying. If they start to tell me why they are crying, I listen but I have trouble processing it and saying the right words. I... |

I play Covet Fashion, Design Home, Love Nikki Dress Up Queen daily. I've also been hooked on Monument Valley (one of the most beautiful games I've ever seen. Completed a while ago but I might replay it soon) Tengami, Angry Birds, Candy Crush, Soda Crush, Temple Run, Tiny Wings (a favorite), Sudoku, ... |

Thank you for all of your responses! I'm glad to know that rotating through interests is not that unusual. I'm wondering if by allowing myself to pursue my special interests a bit more instead of trying to hide them if that will help relieve some of my anxiety? I always feel like I am going to get i... |

I can't help with the checkbook because I'm not good at that myself. I'm ADHD and I have tried a bunch of different systems to try to form good habits. Right now I like using apple calendar for events and appointments. I can see these on my watch as well so I always know what is coming up next. I us... |
