Hormones are okay for me. I would be a lot better off if my serotonin levels weren't so low because of my OCD. My serotonin levels are always very low, so that make little things (such as intrusive thoughts, minor disappointments) a lot harder to deal with. Just typical teenage hormones don't reall...

Sorry to hear that. I can certainly relate! My periods started early at 12 and were absolutely horrific too. I was prescribed mefenamic acid that helped a little, but in the end was put on the pill. Learned how to meditate which, wishy washy as it may seem, allowed me the space to 'predict' the nex...

Very true i am a an 18 year old female and back in secondry school used to hang around with a group of girls (mainly because some freinds are better than no freinds i really didnt talk that much) anyway it was very stressful i didnt know how to approach the conversation when to change it who to sit ...
