My personal experience with Vyvanse was that it did... well, absolutely nothing. It works to a degree for my friend who just has ADHD and takes 40 mg (he wants higher dose but his doctor is reluctant), but I took Vyvanse for over a month and worked my way up to max dosage, and nothing changed.
