I also have sleeping problems. Both in falling asleep and staying asleep. I always wake up feeling extremely tired. No idea what causes it though..

Nope, I can't throw a ball to save my life. Footballs especially. Eh, I've never been much of a sports person anyways, so I figure it doesn't really matter too much.
