Hi there, This sounds familiar to what i am reading about right now 'transactional analysis'. People play games which have a certain 'payoff' or desired outcome, and the conversations are usually more about manipulating than about conversing. It's great to see that you can identify this. Maybe look ...

Maybe watch some tutorial videos on youtube or see if anyone has written a 'tricks and tips' tutorial for beginners. I like to do this whenever i start to play a new game, it kind of gives you a leg up and you can get a broader sense of the game. All the little details will fill in as you play more ...

I felt this when i traveled through Europe. The cultural difference tends to blur my social awkwardness just enough that i feel kind of comfortable.
The same thing happens with foreign people that i serve at work. I seem to be able to serve them better even if we don't speak the same language.

I self diagnosed when i was 26 and then went on to get a formal diagnosis, i can't say that it really 'helped' me, but it definitely lead me to some helpful websites, books and information. Were you (or are you now?) worried about getting a formal diagnosis? I was always worried about doing that in...

No, it's not. Climate change, to me, is very real. I don't believe even the most ardent liberal here in the United States is for a "one-world government." I'm not into "one-world government" myself. I wouldn't want us to have the Euro as our currency! But... its called "wea...

Thank you for those who replied to my questions. That's helpful. I've thought about what is worrying me, and it's just general expectations. Like gamespeopleplay said 'a mix of questionaires and tests' - that's helpful information. I guess my main concern is that I'll be exposed to loud noises or s...

I hear your concerns for communism/socialism and a one world government. But i don't think marxists will take over anything more than a single block or country any time soon. I am currently studying environmental science and i can tell you that even though there is a lot of 'doom and gloom' propagan...

You look perfectly normal and friendly. If you want to change the aesthetic of your face, you can pick up weight lifting. I used to be very self conscious about my boyish looks, but have gotten more masculine features from strength training. It can also help with your confidence, so that you don't ...

Psilocybin mushrooms were the catalyst for me that lead to my diagnosis. Before i had tried anything mind altering i was your typical naive aspie bumping blindly through life, not understanding why i do things or what was going to happen in my life. After my first few experiences it's like my GPS tu...
