I get people mixed up all the time. It's always embarrassing. It's okay though. You probably won't see those people again, plus, it's not your fault you mixed it up. It happens to everyone, I think. :D

I don't know how life is going to be for me. Everything's messed up and not good. My family is constantly fighting, I am temporarily separated from my cat, and life is becoming too much to handle. Nobody seems to understand just how much I struggle. I'm not trying to say I have a poor life, it's not...

I am 16. I am also not diagnosed with anything other than an anxiety problem at the moment, however, my therapist says she thinks I have autism. I'm not diagnosed, but I didn't give my binky (dummy) up until I was seven +. My mother tried very hard to get me off them, but I have 2 younger siblings and a cousin I lived with. Plus I stole some when she took them away from me. To this day I still toy with my lip. It is embarrassing.

I know you may not always be able to, but maybe you could put on some earphones and lay in the dark. Or maybe pace, or rock. Those help. If ...

I need to ramble for a moment, as I cannot speak at the time being. Today is the day I always have an appointment on. Today, my mom says I don't have an appointment. I haven't felt well today. Sometimes, I lose my voice. I don't know why, I just am unable to speak. Usually it's in times of distress,...

I got a new job, which is hard enough. Thankfully, someone I know works with me. But the time interferes with my schedule for school. It's not just that, it's plenty of things lately, I just cant...get it out. Does that make sense? I feel like I'm breaking down. It's getting harder to actually get m...
