Is it something you notice you do on a specific walk route?
It could be a stim you do if the route is particularly stressful maybe? If you find it helps to distract you for example.
Or because you like this particular walk route and feel more comfortable stimming even in public on this route? |

I do this too, it brings me a lot of joy when I do it. I get some confused stares sometimes but I've learned not to care so much.
I'll also nod and wave my arms around, it's great when you get lost in the music  |

| I have great rotary memory... when I have Spanish vocab tests and I forgot to revise the vocabulary (which was sometimes 1 and a half A4 pages to learn) I would only have 2-5 minutes to go over the vocabulary, and most of the time I get either full marks or just under. |
