I have a driving licence, I got it in my 23 or 24. But I don't drive. I don't have car. I live in city, where is faster subway than car. For me is hard to estimate the distance and speed other cars. I have slow reactions.

I started working with part time job too. It was software testing. It helped me get a full time job later.

If you don't have interests, you can try some Test of work assumptions. (personality test, Interest test, test to find your talents)

My psychologist told me, cause my social anxiety is that I don't understand social situations and probably I have Aspergers. Such an explanation makes sense. I am waiting on an ASD assessment if they confirm it or not.

I don't know if could help try other way. I often draw in the workbook, wring strings, play with pen or with what I have at hand. Something to squeeze is too calming for me.
