I have had mental health pro's tell me I certainly don't have it while others tell me I obviously do. Does this psychologist work with many people on the spectrum? Do they have much experience with asperger's in particular? I would not overweight their opinion unless asperger's was one of their spec...

I have AS, my father seems to have AS, my young son is also starting to show some signs. Every male member of my family for 3 generations is an engineer of one kind or another and many have aspie traits.

Have you had any neck or whiplash injuries? Your arm symptoms sound like thoracic outlet syndrome, I have that also.

Do you have pain in the back of your head at the base of your skull? That is a common site for nerve damage from an injury which could be the start of your problems.
