I think a lot of people feel that way. I think NT’s typically act out rather than act in. I’m doing some 12 step work to help. I’m trying to remember to challenge my critical parent using affirmations. I was talking to a friend about shame. It’s deep stuff and has to with believing messages that are...

http://autismgoggles.com/weblog/2015/09/05/could-you-be-woman-aspergers/ I found this anecdotal list. That really helped me confirm my gut feeling. In my recovery they keep telling me to socialize, not isolate, but I don’t have a choice! I can’t make other people like me. I have other priorities lik...

I went to a doctor in my early twenties and got diagnosed as possibly Asperger’s. Being a woman with my special interest being psychology, I use my intellect when dealing with people. I’ve read dozens of books on boundaries, personality typing, etc. Also, I’m an adult child of a dysfunctional family...

Dealing with human nature is not easy, but I would rather deal with human nature than be alone all the time. It’s painful dealing with other people’s flaws, but I’m not Bill Gates so I have to learn to get along to be successful and get my needs met. I have C-PSTD yeah I have every legit reason to i...

I don’t have siblings.

I would define success as being happy, healthy, and able to provide for myself. Not compare myself to others. I’m sure you have many gifts.

Your not wrong, but there are consequences for breaking rules. You just have to decide if it worth paying. A dirty look I don’t care about. I’m not shaming you, but often I feel like men feel like they have permission to harass me if I’m wearing something “sexy”. It up to you.

I know how that feels.

I’m sorry. I don’t trust anyone further than I can throw them. I have really bad trust issues. To be fair most people aren’t trustworthy.

I’m think of volunteering to do hospice.

I think that would make me appreciate life more.

Could you volunteer somewhere?

I’m studying right now for my personal training exam. I’m too invested to quit now...lol. Good side hustle, but not a lot of benefits. With all the apps and technology people do a lot by themselves. Most people can’t get in peak condition on their own. I’ve done work out videos for awhile. Until I g...

I hate lying, but it seems to be necessary social lubricant.

What are everyone’s opinions of lying.

I think I have a black and white idea of lying as absolutely wrong.
