I have been looking to see an OT therapist to improve my processing speed and memory. I'm not sure where to look or what to expect. Does anyone have any experience in getting OT therapy as an adult?

I like aspects of both, I like being inside when its dark and cold and outside on nature walks in the summer. Cold is atleast a good reason to stay in and stay bundled up with copious amounts of coffee and stuff to read and warm cheese sandwiches. Not much of fan of outside - on that note Im out of ...

longtime lurker first time posting, I have PDD-Nos and dyspraxia that seem to team up to give me terrible execution function and which I manage through caffiene and checklists... Most of the time.
