I guess the only answer to the original question is that it depends on the individual. A large component of the distinction between classic autism and asperger's is based on the ability to speak, or lack thereof. Yet in many cases sensory issues can be far more debilitating than the lack of ability...

i don't want children. when i was 15 i thought, "i don't want to have children now but i'm not saying i that still wont want to in 10 years." i'm 25 now and i still don't want children, and so it seems more likely that i never will. I said the same at 15. Felt the same way at your age now...
