What? Where did you get "socially unacceptable to be straight" from? Likely from those who express or imply that being straight somehow automatically gives straight people homophobia. I’ve never met anyone who expressed such sentiments. Of course, I live in a place that’s equivalent to th...

I think that in an online forum people are often more vocal about their opinions than they would be in their daily interactions with people offline, so, perhaps, homophobia could seem to me more apparent on here than it actually is. I’m certainly more vocal on here with my various opinions on thing...

I find most people here are exceptionally tolerant. Though some people seem to enjoy hunting homophobia these days as an obsessive vocation. :P Has it become socially unacceptable to be straight? Personally I don't care which bits people like to put where in their sexual adventures as long as it's ...

Is it just me, or does anyone else find these forums contain some of the most virulent hatred outside of explicitly far right forums??

My suggestion is to first recall that all of these sexual orientation categories are human inventions that people have come up with in order to describe themselves within their own particular cultural context. They can be useful, but it sounds like they're not useful to you right now. So don't worry...

Your impression that people are on the lookout for and going up to six year olds to dangle their penises in their face as a part of pride is incorrect. I've never seen anything of the sort. There *is* public nudity, and parents ought to consider this before deciding whether to take their child, but ...

I am unsympathetic to truscum. I have trouble understanding being trans and not dysphoric, but there are lots of things I don't understand that nevertheless exist. I may not understand non-dysphoric trans people, but I believe them when they say they don't have it. My difficulty understanding is ent...

Has anyone watched this? I've been watching it over and over. It's an anime (made with 3D models, but I think it actually works) about the '90s arcade and fighting game scene. Nobody is explicitly identified as ASD, but the main character absolutely has an obsessive and all consuming "special i...

I don't have much... anything... good to say about the man, but I think he just has trouble with his phrasing. I doubt he actually thought the moon was part of Mars.

...I don't think lesbians being attracted to socially unaware people is really a thing? I'm curious about this claim. In my 35 years out and in the community, I've never seen this stereotype, not evidence to support it. I DO find that lesbians are often attracted to different things than straight me...
