Going to stick a porn blocker on my computer.Dont know if iam addictted,but happy to admit its probably not doing me any favours.Trying to build my self esteem and confidence.Im hoping abstaining from porn helps.I think the porn is boredom issue and not having a gf at the minute.

Depends what it is.Watching porn for hours on end is not good for confidence or self esteem.Going to get a porn blocker any day now.If u have unhealthy repetive behaviours try n change them into healthier repetive behaviours.I have a mix of both in my life the now.

this is my take on it.I still cant see the problem with passive aggression. although I know the resentment is not doing me any good.
