So, do you ladies find yourselves to be walking unsexily while ovulating, and walking sexily the rest of the month?

I think it more depends on what shoes I'm wearing. In heels, I've been told I've got a sexy walk. In hiking boots, no.

Hurricane Katrina left that stadium in poor shape. Part of the roof was gone, and the sewers were plugged. People had fled the entire state, and there was no one left to bring them food and water. Plus the shelters had no electricity and running water. And people were stranded in them for days, whi...

I really hope she DOES'T win, and I have no disregard for her talent or even her desires, nor do I wish her anything but well and fabulous but I think she will be wonderful what ever she does, and having the 'crown' of the year I think, would just be a hindrance. just sayin' I completely agree. As ...

Last night, she won the challenge--and the prize was a photo shoot for Carol's Daughters--an organic skin care & makeup line. Mary J. Blige was the art director for the shoot. Both she and the photog said Heather's got a future in modeling. They both commented on her shyness, but I don't think e...

It's the opposite of the Katrina situation. The second caller said that's the difference between a red state and a blue state. "We're conservatives. We take care of ourselves," she said. There are a hundred reasons why it's not fair to compare this situation to Katrina. And since when is California...

Besides, most of the national guard aren't firefighters. Close to a million people now have been evacuated and displaced. They would be called in (and have) to keep the peace. And discourage looters.

That's exactly what they were called in for.

As of an hour ago, it was 675 square miles.

Why dont the national guard or whatever you call them put it out?

Because they're in Iraq?

The Governator has moved National Guard from the border to the fire zones to guard against looting.

Although, I guarantee he'll be under fire for that move.

As I drove through Santa Monica this morning, I could see the smoke from the Malibu fire hanging over the ocean.

I keep my inhaler with me at all times when the Santa Anas are blowing.

How she's doing so well it's quite phenomenal... well it would be interesting if she reaches the very latter stages.

Rumor has it she makes it to the overseas trip.

That's where she could run into trouble--doing the go-sees.

This week's shoot was "High Fashion Gargoyles."

Heather was one of the very few who had a clue what a gargoyle looks like. :)

She had a bit of trouble with the tutorial last night--action posing. They had to pose while being carried by a male pairs skater. Heather froze and didn't even get off the ground. (For the record, I'm NT, and can skate, and I would have frozen, too... ). But she pulled it out again in the photoshoo...

But I loved Heather's reaction when they said they were going to do nude modeling. . her face got a look like 'oh, gawd, NOW I have to deal with all THAT!" I loved her comment on getting weeds as her flower: "The other girls get to be princesses and I'm the ... witch." *rofl* I can relate. I never ...

How did Heather do last Wednesday? Excellent! She was picked third (great position) and, even better, she was the Covergirl of the Week (audience favorite) for the second week running. :) The photoshoot was impersonating flowers. Heather got weeds. *rofl* She said, "The other girls get to be prince...

I wonder if and how ANTM's portrayal of Heather will influence how NTs view AS. We're probably the only ones watching, and certainly the only ones discussing it on an internet forum. Actually, you're not. She's a favorite on every board devoted to the show. I love her. I watch the show anyway (I'm ...
