I would say definitely not schizophrenia, as that is more centered around delusions/hallucinations. Paranoia can be a part of it, but not a standalone trait. I suppose you could technically have schizotypal PD. Sounds like a lot of your repetition-centered thoughts/behaviors come from a combination ...
