Have you seen a Urologist? There are a lot of options. I would go to a Urologist and get check out. Depending on what type of incontinence you have, there is a treatment program you can get on. Have you tried going to the bathroom on a schedule, say every two hours? You might want to switch to pull-ups. Is it during the night you have problems or also during the day? I don’t keep track of time well. Day and night. If you can't keep track of time, look for a work around. Set a timer for 12... |

Occupational therapy is all I can think of. I have had enough occupational therapy to where I do not need them all the time. I usually still wear one to bed to be on the safe side. Do you wear the "pull-up" type or the regular type? Pull up. Maily as a precaution. That makes sense. That’s... |

I wear diapers. It is not uncommon for those with significant autism. How so Some of us have neurological / cognitive issues when it comes to bladder and even bowel control.
