Have you tried going to the bathroom on a schedule, say every two hours? You might want to switch to pull-ups. Is it during the night you have problems or also during the day? I wear diapers. It is not uncommon for those with significant autism. How so Some of us have neurological / cognitive issues when it comes to bladder and even bowel control.
