Hey there OP! I have dealt with "Bipolar traits" before and it even linked (I believe) to the life and death drive from Freud. I had months of lows then get manic highs for some months. I stupidly got off medication multiple times over the years and some times (not all times) I would get c...

I'm up to the third of the matrix "trilogy" for a bit of fresh perspective and leading to the 4th.

I'm excited to see the Fourth one soon! I find it very comforting that they are putting some spin onto the whole idea used for the "trilogy", going by the trailers. :-)

...Yet at that point there will be something that the birds perceive something that i as a homo sapien cannot perceive... I believe you are talking about UV (Ultra-Violet) Rays, Birds can see them and track them. The rays appear purplish in colour. Don't believe me? Here -> https://www.nwf.org/Maga...

You DO want to stop smoking OP, right? If so; For me I lived with other smokers, I was lucky enough to stop smoking the exact same time as others in the house. It helps to make small changes to your behaviours. First the thought, why do you smoke? Then once you've gathered your own opinion on why yo...

Bear in mind here, that some mental health conditions are out to trick you. My cousin has bipolar. He is fine when he takes his meds, but the problem with being fine is he then thinks he doesn't need them. One or two missed doses and the manic phase starts - "See how much energy you have now! ...

I only call it paranoia because other people believe that I am paranoid. I actually hate that word. I feel like it dismisses what I feel. You should not let other people define who you are. If they dismiss you, that is their problem, not yours. And it is very likely that what you feel is valid, and...

meds cause deterioration of IQ over time and so forth. So if you can function fine without meds for months, then there is no reason in the world for you to take them. They do not offer any long term benefits what so ever. Unless you view hindering your performance as a “benefit”. If you are concern...

Take your meds. As a schizoaffective, I have been on and off meds for more than ten years! Each time coming off has eventually led to re-admission to hospital, where all you can do is watch BS tv, eat till your overweight or smoke and mix with people you shouldn't. Having Mental illness is hard. You...

So I guess I miss out until I try some fixes after Fo4. Thats if I can be bothered going backwards graphica...

I get a lot of pressure to perform even when not competing amongst others. And I too also "get in the zone" ...problem is I work myself too hard, if someone gets in my way or impedes my mental projection of how much I can get done, I burnout. I have be told I am really good at using work t...

I recommend speaking to your GP or a head (psychiatrist) doctor. I used to have long term Insomnia since childhood, really bad dreams and such. Over a decade of medication for the resulting mental illness I contracted most likely from lack of good sleep. I have found that head doctor medication SPEC...

What mental illness scale are you referring to?

Do you have a link to it?

I don't know what to say about it if I don't see what it is.

I think it would be better if you post it, as pm on here has caused me some grief in the past.
