I have no intention of flaming you. Poor judgement happens to us all.

You need a lawyer. Or at the very least a skilled advocate who can speak persuasively for you. In the UK there are several charities that can do that for mental health patients. Is there something similar where you are?

^^ exactly , companies today are focusing on MMORPGs now but I never liked them :? I don't believe they are even true RPGs ! ! The MMORPGs usually have no stroyline but it's just bunch of players in a virtual fantasy world who compete or cooperate with each others in doing 'quests' to gain xp so in...

What action or inaction did you take that violated your probation? Was the action or inaction voluntary, or did external forces prevent you from complying? I had a friend online who was on probation for drugs. She had to report to the courthouse every day. One day she had the flu and overslept, and ...

This reminds me of a time I had a physical with a new doctor. I was in my early twenties at the time. She asked me what type of birth control I used. I told her "None." Then she went on this tirade about how I should be using birth control, and never gave me a chance to tell her that I was a virgin...

Your husband didn't lie to you. He didn't say anything untrue. What he did do though was treat you with disrespect, which rightly hurt your feelings. No-one likes to feel that their spouse doesn't respect them. In my opinion - which you are free to ignore if you prefer - you are justified in being u...

I am always very quiet as well. I rarely say anything, and when I do, I struggle to speak louder than a whisper. Unless it's with close family in which case I can usually speak normally. I assumed that it was something akin to being non-verbal - which is a known symptom of autism - but much milder i...

I have a question should we use the Divine Name of God: Jehovah or Yahweh. I would like honest answers please. I suppose it depends on whether you are talking about God to someone else, or whether you are talking to God directly. When Jesus spoke to God in his prayers, he called him "Abba", the clo...

I scratch the backs of my hands compulsively when I get anxious and stressed. What helps me is to keep my fingernails very short, to use pharmacy-grade steroidal cream twice a day, and then use masses and masses of aqueous cream constantly. I try to convert the compulsive scratching into compulsive ...

I can't speak for anyone but myself. But I see a big difference between forgiving and trusting. Forgiveness is a gift granted, but once betrayed, trust must be re-earned. I will forgive anyone anything, but once my trust is betrayed, I do not give it out again lightly. As an example: my father bulli...

I think it's a horrific and stupid idea, and yet another doomed-to-fail initiative from the idiots that run this country. But I'm also a pedant, and can't help pointing out mistakes when I see them. I think that stupid ideas should be exposed for the stupid ideas they are without resorting to false ...

My apologies. I made a typo. I intended to type 2007. If you subtract 10 years from 2007, you'll get 1997. However it's not bogus statistifying. It's a logical analysis made by actually READING the words and making sense of them. "prison population" = number of people in prison cells "prison cells" ...

One of the known triggers for acid reflux is stress. Aspies are very likely to get stressed. It would make sense that they're more likely to get acid reflux, along with the various other stress-triggered illnesses.
