| Mineral oil and drinking a lot of water might help the itch. Ibuprofen might help the aches. Leaning back in a tall chair with a heating pad might help the shoulder blade pain. | causes my skin to be more itchy in winter partly due to the heating supposedly drying out the air & wearing more & heavier cloths. Yes electrical heating is notorious for drying out the air. We had humidity levels of 16% and lower when the weather was really cold. It made my skin itch worse... |

| I can also get exceptionally attached to people. I think it's definitely an Autism thing for me. Because I feel so deeply, that includes the feelings that I have for people.
