I'm not keen on the repetitive, predictable ones with too many singsongs. That's why I like Arthur, because it's not repetitive or too predictable, and they don't break out into song in every episode, and if they do it's usually catchy and funny. Your username reminded me: Hell yeah Captain Scarlet... |

I'm sure this one has been mentioned but Chloe from 24 was such a good Autismesque character that to this day it's debated. Entrapta from the new She-Ra is obsessive over her inventions and research that she won't notice baddies approaching and will even side with questionable people if it means con... |

"You lied to me." There must be more than one way to word that. "Lying bastid" or something. |

Hm. Off the top of my head, Pokemon Snap has Professor Oak grade your photos at the end of each level, with comments about size and placement of the subjects. Is that the kind of thing? XCOM: Enemy Unknown/Within and XCOM 2 have the Spokesman grade and comment on your performance each month. Various... |

It's a good band! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=naiIuCTTMvE Oh wait. ;) I can conjure images in my mind when prompted, but often they're vague, like a weak TV picture through static, maybe? For all I know that's how everyone's "normal" mental images work. I often find that, say, when a b... |

When I saw the thread title I instantly assumed this was going to be about Burning Bright. Terrible movie with an absolutely abysmal attempt at portraying an autistic character. I don't think it was malicious, just ill-researched. |

I don't so much watch 'em these days but I do like revisiting stuff from my childhood now and then: Thundercats, the Animals of Farthing Wood, Mysterious Cities of Gold, that sort of thing. Actually, tell a lie, I loved watching Avatar: The Last Airbender and Legend of Korra a couple of years ago, m... |

Not insects but judging by my tarantula, they're autistic. Doesn't like the feel of moving air, and ritualistically dabs arse to the ground to web the floor of the tank. Cute. :B Also not insects but one of my old ferrets obsessively collected socks and stored them - helpfully - under the sock drawe... |

Hello! 8) Hope you don't mind my first post being one asking for advice but I'm feeling a bit lost here. Here goes: I live in a town on the East coast of England. It's terrible. It's both an epicentre of crime, and isolated with nothing to do. I'm in my mid-thirties and still there are people I've n... |
