Thanks so much everyone. May have left this out of original post... I originally thought it might be cancer so I asked for all available blood panels/urinalysis. Doc had a chest x ray done as well. All were clean, in fact I got better read out than 5 years ago. I then followed up with a request for... |

GI issue = Autism. IMO https://www.autism.org/gastrointestinal-problems-common-in-autism-linked-to-gene-mutation-that-affects-behavior/ My brother has colitis. I wonder if there are silent GI issues, like having one without feeling any pain? Thanks for that quick read. I’ve been sharing very simila... |

I know this sounds strange, and those who know me and have worked with me in the past will likely be puzzled as many did not or would not know about this... It is only now that I realize how heavily my life has been hit with having shutdowns. I am looking back and realizing how much I have been hel... |

Weight loss is caused by less calorie intake than your body uses. Since you have been sick, you haven't been consuming as much calories as usual so the weight shed off. I wouldn't worry about it and I would only worry about whatever medical issue you are having. Unless you were already underweight ... |

Welcome! Keep in mind that while INTP or INTJ on the MB-test are the most common if you have AS, they're far from the only possibilities. I for one have an ENTJ profile, though professionals say that I'm likely a better fit for an NVLD profile than a ASD profile... (Oh, and on 16personalities.com, ... |

Generic introduction List of facts: -I'm a 16 year old Norwegian (boy) diagnosed with Asperger's since relatively early childhood - I was 8, I think. -I'm studying for a degree in biotechnology, or something of the sort. I'm perplexed by how utterly awful the design and function of the human body i... |

Welcome Barfing Skull! I just joined too and I feel like I am listening to myself right now. Your skepticism is palpable in your posts. When skepticism stalls you out I find the best thing to do is treat it like a young puppy and give it more evidence to chew on. The main thing that has allowed me ... |

Hahahaha! Thanks for the laugh! I'd take it back, but that wouldn't be half as much fun as putting it all back on myself. |

This definitely needs further investigation. Any other noticeable changes(some of us aren’t as self aware as others amd this can hinder pinpointing serious issues) need to be mentioned to your Doc. It’s not uncommon for losing weight, forgetting to eat when caught up in our interests or when stress... |
