RudolfsDad ... I'm the same way, my boss says it bothers other people but none of them have come up to me and told me that so I don't know if it's true or not. I'm going to get as much info that I can but as an Aspie could feel is if I do this what are people going to think of me, is this situation ...

One of my stimmings involves me chewing on plastic which grinds on my teeth which makes me feel extremely good. I will lose my job if it continues, but he gave me a stress relief ball.

He said something else, but he knows I have Aspergers. Would it be wise to send him a link though our email about Stimming so he can better understand that it's something I need to do?

So I had a conversation with my manager and he told me if I continue to stim at work my job will be in jeopardy. My manager knows of me having Asperger's. My question is should I take this to the person above my manager or report to HR or just skip the in work locations and go to the Government and ...
