Yeah I agree with that, I'd smash mine but when I took it off the ceiling the sound started coming out of the wires, crazy.
I agree how loud it is makes it impossible to deal with the problem

| It depends on the type of accommodation you need, some places will accept that and some of them won't. Your therapist who diagnosed you should be able to give you details and help with the specifics though! | Liberating! I mask automatically. If I don't mask I am very shy and self concious, so I mask to cover this.
