| Try workout much as i can when my mood permits it do probably not best ideas sitting in dark bedroom day and night with just books and gaming at all hours . |

| Usually im doing 4 hour workout spit into 2 times a day about 1000 calorie workout 7 days a week.Most of eating plan is vegetarian pasta and vegetable .Think try changing 4 hour work out to one intense hit workout |

| usual just cycle thought all kind books to read kind my special interest just unable to focus on it anymore .Does help with some support with all that going on now all the changes going on new rules things do get confusing |
