I guess sometimes we feel stuff differently. Like I used to have great difficulty identifying when I actually wanted to do something and when I was like ‘yes this is thing I like, must do.’

It’s difficult for me personally to identify emotions a lot of the time too.

Wet clothes suck. I have an issue with accidentally swallowing water in the pool which means I can’t go underwater. I do love swimming though.

Rocking, chewing cheek, ripping nails off (yes, I know, it’s bad), pacing, echolalia, hand fidgeting, hand flapping sometimes, clapping like a seal (as in with the heels of my hands so it’s quiet but still nice)
Oh and and bending my hair clips out lol

Just to add to the above, you don’t need meltdowns you could also have ‘shutdowns’ ie you go very quiet, cover your ears, stim a lot etc.
