I guess sometimes we feel stuff differently. Like I used to have great difficulty identifying when I actually wanted to do something and when I was like ‘yes this is thing I like, must do.’
It’s difficult for me personally to identify emotions a lot of the time too. |

Wet clothes suck. I have an issue with accidentally swallowing water in the pool which means I can’t go underwater. I do love swimming though. Wait this thread is 13 years old lol |

So today I went to say a movie. (Spider-Man). It was very loud cuz the only seats we could get were at the front. Rocking, chewing cheek, ripping nails off (yes, I know, it’s bad), pacing, echolalia, hand fidgeting, hand flapping sometimes, clapping like a seal (as in with the heels of my hands so it’s quiet but still nice) Oh and and bending my hair clips out lol |

Just to add to the above, you don’t need meltdowns you could also have ‘shutdowns’ ie you go very quiet, cover your ears, stim a lot etc. |
