The original series was not bad, but the ending episode was literally made up on the spot, and was a tremendous letdown. The newer one I didn't see, but I wonder what they did with it.

Enterprise, sadly, actually picked up quite a bit in the 4th season; explaining all sorts of things. If they'd only put those episodes in season 1 instead, it might have lasted the whole 7 instead of just the 4. The 'jump the shark' moment was the cliffhanger...SPACE NAZIS? I think the next words we... |

I have a 15-year-old car, and the CD player is shot, so it's either listen to music and commercials (life's too short to listen to commercials... so I'm still listening to (erm) stuff from the late 80s and early 90s...sigh. |

Depends on what you're looking for. There's been tons of historical fiction written, for as far back as you care to go. If you want to start for free, try project gutenburg, mobile books, bookyards, and sites like that. The books are on average 70 years old or older, but hey, they're free. Pratchett... |

I wish I could remember the name of it, but I believe there's some freeware designed with scriptwriting in mind. You might search for that. Also, there's any number of web sites devoted to writing in general (like Smashwords, for example), and scriptwriting in particular (well, there probably are, I... |

They also did Jane Austen and Zombies, which is only slightly later, so why not? Good work so far. |

I've only done one, so I'm hardly an expert. But, for the must part, your settings, backgrounds, characters, etc., already come pre-made, so what you mainly have to discover is the story.
It's a good way to practice writing, for the times you eventually get to your own voice and story. |

I like the sun, for supplying me with bright sunshine (I was born in southwest Texas, so bright sunlight's just normal to me...;) I think I may have seasonal affective disorder, since cloudy days just knock me out. Plus, with no sun, we'd be getting used to the Kelvin scale, instead of C or F. I'd h... |

If it's consensual, and sensual, 'be an it harm none, do what thou wilt shalt be the whole of the law'
If it's a girlfriend that took you personally to bed, I'm not sure what the problem is. If she's taking others to bed, well that's another matter. |

There's nothing sadder (or more creepy) than a middle-aged guy doing what looks like jailbait... I'll pass on this one.
I hear Betty White on the radio about once a week. She's funny. Don't think I'd do her either, but 30 years ago, maybe 40? Who knows? |

It's a poor craftsperson who blames their tool...;) Don't know from women in general, but how many women have gotten the sails down, mast up, and then just looked at a guy and said 'it's not good enough?' Probably not as many as you'd think. Besides, I've heard shape's just as important. There's so ... |
