You don't copy an autistic trait ( well I suppose you can ) , copying is how a lot of autistic people blend in / mask , which NT's do too but to a lesser extent. |

Well , 'self-awareness' is knowing yourself , I am not aware of a singular term for not knowing yourself.
As for not saying what you mean - 'disingenuous' is one word that means that. |
