The only figure in the bible Trump brings to mind is the "father of lies". Trump is a repulsive person, a cheat, liar,
abuser, criminal, contemptuous, mean-spirited and cruel. So how they can believe he represents Christian values beats me.

It particularly stresses me when I am consulting medical specialists and trying to absorb completely new information and they are talking flat out about issues I am not familiar with.
Some speak at a measured speed, a minority just rush through and it is bewildering.

Taken literally, it is obviously a foolish statement. Nothing and nobody in the world, no amount of setting my mind to it, could have made me an Olympic high jumper, nor even a mediocre one, the potential just wasn't there to begin with. On the other hand I was good at some other things without tryi...

AFAIK all we have been revealed is that the Princess of Wales has "abdominal" cancer. That term includes more types of cancer (eg ovarian cancer) than only those in the gastro-abdominal tract. Genes inherited and "spontaneous" genetic changes during life play a large role in many...

Trump and Vance defamed Haitian people in Ohio in a very deliberate and inflammatory way and continued to do so long after the officials in Ohio gave assurances that Haitian people were not stealing/killing/eating cats and dogs from Ohio residents. Some Ohio troublemakers who believed the defamation...

Perhaps it is changing now somewhat, though through my life time, the majority of neurotypical adults were ardent conformists. Perhaps it can be said that very right wing conservatives are the most conformist, and the most reactive group in a negative way to those they perceive as non-conformists. M...

I interpret Trump's twice repeated claim of "if I don't win, there's going to be a blood bath" was not a casual comment, but expressed his hope and intention to incite/encourage far more extreme violence than he did on Jan 6 2021.

Until now I was unfamiliar with what the term "stochastic terrorism" meant, so today I looked it up on Wikipedia. Terrorism is an extreme word, not often associated with the behaviour of politicians. Trump is mentioned in the Wikipedia article, and it gave me a chill down my proverbial sp...

Very interesting topic. I think two ways, mostly by hearing my thoughts, and also visually - an example of the second might occur if I am trying to remember how a word is spelt, or the last time I saw a particular person. Doing advanced maths exams in school years ago at I would sometimes spontaneo...
