My mom finished my highschool for me, I get my diploma in aigist. I just feel lost in life, my brain malfunctioned from all the drugs I took, I’m afraid I have permanent brain damage now

Hey I don’t have anything that makes me happy really. Suicide is on my mind a lot these days, feeling like I f****d up my life and I don’t know which steps to take. I’m gonna try and get on lexapro today when I call my psychiatrist. I’m just really scared and my mind doesn’t feel right.

I masturbate when I feel overwhelmed or stressed, sometimes more then 10 times a day even in a non sexual manner to calm down. Does anyone else have experience with this
