Never written in this thread before (think it's a great idea) but i guess i'm seeing if anyone has any tips... I have bipolar 2 disorder and very long story short, i'm still in the process of waiting for meds to fully work. I've always had issues with fatigue. But it seems to have gotten worse recen...
