Socially I had emotional issues. My friendship group was toxic. I had an emotionally manipulative bully. She always insisted to be included, otherwise there would be consequences. Which stuck me in a situation where I had to hang out with her and her group. As a result, I learnt how to pretend how ... |

Well, that's a tough question. I've read a lot of books, but I think that there are two which made me feel the whole specter of emotions. The first one is called Kindred By Octavia Butler. I've read other books by Octavia Butler, but that one is the best one so far. For me, the whole topic of slaver... |

I've heard about this tendency, but I've never read any research or articles. My doctor told me once that high-functioning autism can cause depression or anxiety. And it can be true, but as a person with chronic anxiety, I can't say what causes it. But it's actually an interesting research topic. An... |

But it's a really interesting topic, and I'll for sure look for some related information. Besides, I need... |

Yes, you're right. It's a massive change in life, and it's okay to have such a feeling. My sister was going through the same thing, but with the support of people around you, you'll make it! |

It's pretty complicated to say what is the reason because each of us is different. I have the same mood swings, but not that often. It happens when I'm worried about something, and that worry makes me feel unconfident. Also, I have anxiety, and that may also be a reason. But I don't know. I want to ... |
