just take a breath and work it out slowly. it is ok tro feel like trhat good knows it is how i feel everyday of my life. just take it step by step because i know rhat you can it will be fine you are just a bit overwhelmed right now it is ok tho. i will help you through this as best as possible.

thank you and i have told him so some nights we just sia dn watch tv or i sit and watch him play video games it just depeneds we try to deal with it.
