^I think the quality of mental health therapies is the less admirable side of the socialised healthcare system we have in the UK. Because most of us don't bother with private medical insurance, because we know in a pinch the NHS will be there, we don't plan for mental health issues. The NHS does it...

-What benefits has therapy brought you? I have had a number of therapists since 2018. Some were meh, some where alright, and some were great. The most helpful therapist I had was in 2022, I believe. She had so many resources and a wide range of knowledge. -Did you improve your social skills? The onl...

For me, diagnosis have been extremely important. Because I am going on disability, and I need my disability documented for that. I didn't get the diagnosis to go on disability, no. At the time I was intending on continuing to work and stuff. But I at least needed it for ADA accommodations to be lawf...

I am like.... amazed at how much my life is coming back together just by setting up and using various coping strategies for my ASD and ADHD and executive dysfunction. Most of which I already was using?? But my brain started a new hyperfixation back in February which knocked all my coping strats down...

I dunno if it's a super strength or super power.

But I think different minds all contribute stuff. Good stuff. Valuable stuff.

I know the saying "it takes all kinds" is usually used to laugh off rude people but.... I think it's true for a literal reading.

An overly simplistic deduction between ADHD and ASD; ADHD minus Executive Dysfunction is just personality. That one cannot exist without the other. Autism minus Executive Dysfunction is still Autism. Because one can still exist without the other. I'm aware some people here will be mad. :D Well. See...

Never been directly.

There was a court case involving a crime committed against me as a minor.

I also once did some photos as evidence in a court case. But they rejected them as evidence since I wasn't present to testify that I took them.
