especially when my only motivation is that some people in my society don't appreciate my talents. Defeatism, and vanity. Why should other people appreciate your talents? Learn to be happy, knowing you did your best. Performing like a chimp, failing to get praise, then cursing society for your own f...

I think his comments about emotions are completely out of left field. What kind of person can intuit someone's emotional life from a few words on an internet forum? Everyone who tries that on me gets it wrong. I'll answer this with another quote. I've haven't done an IQ test recently. However, when...

Positive thinking people! If you're emotional, learn to control your feelings. If you're slow, practice until you're fast. Being Non-NT doesn't mean you can't do anything as well as any NT. So there's no such thing as Fast vs Slow intelligence. There's only people who practice and put the effort in,...

Lets look at a more complex example. What is i^8? You may have memorized that i^4 is positive one, and the cycle repeats so that i^8 is the same answer. If that is true, you probably got the answer very quickly. But do you understand why i^8 = 1? Lets pretend you did not know that. You attempt to w...

Intelligence, in it's most basic form. Is the ability to problem solve. The faster you can problem solve, the more intelligent you are. The more types of problems you can solve, the better you are. Again, I go back to my previous point. If it takes you a day to work out 2 + 2 = 4, then you're not as...

My gosh you lot are bitter and depressing. Of course the time taken to solve a problem indicates how clever you are. If we took your standards then someone who takes a day to solve the sum 2 + 2 = 4 would be considered as intelligent as someone who solves it in microseconds. Time is important, if yo...

I know it's like they use swaring as punctuation because it's "cool". I save these words for releaving extreme bouts of emotion. Like something heavy just landed on my foot. And even then it's not usually my first choice!

In primary school, when I was about 11 years old, I was forced to stand outside waring a white sheet with a head hole cut into it. I had paint slattere...

You've read that right. I hate my mother. For a couple of days now, my tonsils have been swollen, and it's extremely painful to swallow. I barely got any sleep last night because of it. Feeling it is quite an emergency, I told my mom near noon about my tonsils, and asked if she could see a doctor a...

For me nice and cool, mountainus and green, no traffic, very few people, virtually no urbanized area's, yet with services such as the internet readily avalible. There'd definately be many animals, the sky would be overcast with blue patches. Pretty much every day would be like the other, and we'd al...
