Sentenced - Despair Ridden Hearts All bridges... on fire! As onward and onward we ride The smoke rises higher, higher... Up the ever-darkening sky So quickly everything swirled; descent of the world Now it's all a chaotic ruin Burning eerie, sapphire The foretoken of closing doom Glowing dreadful an...

Cats are vain, fickle, and crafty; they're just like humans, only sans the propensity for inane banter. Cats are affectionate, but not in an annoying way, and are rather low maintenance. The only real con of having cats is the constant temptation to just drop what you're doing and bask in the sun al...

My Resolutions: I want to waste less time putting myself in situations that I know are going to distract me, when I need to do reading or writing for my studies or myself. I will become more judgemental of other people, and more wary of their motives. I will try to cut back on my internalization of ...

Potato cheddar bacon soup sounds regular enough, right? Not quite, this soup was thicker than tar, remarkably chewy and greasy. It tasted like a giant bowl of puree'ed bacon, and it distinctly reminded me of "Meat Juice" from the Ren & Stimpy episode where they adopt a criminal.

In my experience, trophy wives are the most likely recipients for invasive plastic surgery. These are women who married into wealth on the merit of their looks alone, so it folows that they'd be willing to spend money they don't have to earn, to maintain their sole drawing point. Actors and actresse...

Hi Blackbonedangel, Welcome to WP and Merry Christmas (though you've probably had similar Christmas experiences to half of us - hence joining up on the day). See you in the forums. Very perceptive of you. If absence makes the heart grow fonder; having to deal with family and high school friends aga...

Indie pop
Adult contemporary
Rap
R&B
Free Jazz - I know the musicianship is generally really good, but strange time signatures and apparently meaningless scalar meandering have this synergistic ability to just drive me stark raving mad.

Hi WP forum-goers, I'm Dave, and I'm an undergrad student at UC Santa Cruz. I am a history major, and I'm also interested in politics and english literature. I'm 19, and I'm self-diagnosed AS as of two months ago. I'm still coming to terms with what that means for myself and those around me. Hopeful...
