I only wear comfort top type bras. Some brands are actually quite supportive.
I've not worn an actual bra for about 4 years.

I'm assuming you mean cluttering as in speech?
I do it too and the only way for me not to do it is to script and mask heavily.
I've basically accepted the cluttering now. It's just the way I speak.
