Some people say they are on a livet, not a diet. I'm not sure if this is meant to be a joke, but I agree with the sentiment. In order to be sustainable a diet must be lifestyle changes that you can see yourself continuing through your life. And not some fad you're going to ditch when you reach the ...

A lot of my food aversions stem from traumatic experiences
Like, I cannot eat sushi because one time it gave me food poisoning so even smelling sushi makes me nauseated.
Do you have any traumatic experiences with popcorn or pizza prior to you not liking it?

I had a chain of paperclips I would join them together to make a long chain when I was underestimulated or anxious It got pretty long, in fact I tried to measure it, but I couldn't find anywhere inside the house big enough to measure it I think it was my very first fidget toy. I did go through a sta...

These allow you to break up your grand goal into manageable steps. And allow you ...

When I did watch television I used to like cartoon network. Dexters laboratory, teen Titans and the grim adventures of Billy and mandy just to name a few. To the above poster, the first 3 seasons of the Simpsons was really good, a rare cartoon that can be appreciated by people that don't usually wat...

I enjoy coffee Nothing fancy, a cup of nescafe instant coffee is good for me. I like coffee because it's entirely optional to add sugar, and when you do a little bit goes a long way. While a can of coke may have 8 teaspoons of sugar, I can consume my coffee with just 2 teaspoons of sugar. Because of...

It's shocking the amount of hands that touches a product before it comes into your home.
Oddly enough, I've never considered "washing" a newly purchased pillow. I may start doing that now.

While not scientifically backed I do notice a trend where my autistic friends apprciate self depreciating humour more than most people. I find it to therapeutic, having a laugh at one's own expense about their own misfortune. There are comedians who base their entire career on this type of humor, so...

It's very strange hearing about kmart going bust in the United States. In australia kmart is about as popular as wall mart is to the USA. Though I believe they are separate entities, only sharing a namesake. I do wonder though what this means for physical stores. Are we at a time where online shopp...

The term "bug" for a computer error comes from an actual insect! In 1947, a moth was found stuck in a relay of the Harvard Mark II computer, causing a malfunction. From then on, any computer glitch has been referred to as a "bug".
