I know I'm straight, although for a bit when I was younger I wasn't that sure. I used to look up to a lot of celebrities and think they were gorgeous, beautiful and just long to be around them, and when i tried to explain this longing to my friends they'd look at me funny and I'd feel confused. goin...

it's really getting harder and harder to tell. like, I'm pretty tall, but I look like a stick, and my slight figure's drowned out by all my clothes, so I'm usually told I look way younger then I actually am. I'm 16, gonna be 17 in April and I've been told I look like a particularly tall 13 year old....

16-y-old v and proud. a lot of girls in my all-girl school like to brag about losing it and "doing" it, but that just disgusts me. I'm waiting until I get married. for one main reason
1.) scared as hell about it.

I'm a HUUUUGE gamer girl but I tend to only focus on Square Enix games like Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts. I just find the games so beautiful, it's what drew me into them in the firstplace. my very first games were on the SNES back when I was about 7-ish. I own like, 4 gaming systems and playing ...

thank you so much! I really do hope things work out for us both. It makes me feel wonderful to know that he sees me as his world already even though we haven't known each other very long, and I would never want to unintentionally hurt him or cause him to be uncomfortable just because I didn't unders...

Forum: General Autism Discussion   Topic: The sweet sound of monotone voices!

I like middling voices. that have just the right amount of emphasis where there should be. I read aloud a lot and I have an instinctual knowledge of what would require emphasis or not so it's doubly easy for me to pick out monotone voices and dislike them. A girl in my school has what you would call...

I'm guilty of the legbouncing. I chew on pen caps during tests and when I'm nervous, I chew on the inside of my mouth when I'm bored, tap my legs with my hands, and look all around the room to avoid eye contact. yeah I'm NT and I apparently have a lot of stims...not too strange. and i think it unfai...

Whenever I wake up in the morning and look at the empty side of my bed. I always think to my self, "Wouldn't it be nice to wake up with someone who loves and understands me for who I am?". Just once I would like to experience that in earnest, that is the most intense feeling of wanting that I have....

I also tend to make eye contact either by accident or because I know it's expected...not so much that I know but that it's instinctual that they expect it. Like when I feel someone's eyes on me when I'm sitting somewhere, I do NOT look up, but if I know who it is who's staring, which in some odd way...

I find this odd because whenI first met my boyfriend (online) he was going through a very deep depression and thought the whole world hated him. He thought people on a forum were ignoring his posts on purpose, or that ppl in an interactive online game were out to get him, just to be mean. Meanwhile ...

I really shouldn't be saying anything considering my age and that I'm relatively new to all this as well but one thing I have noticed (exclusively through online interactions) is that when something's important to them, you can't just brush it off, even if they say it's alright. and that they always...
