A person who follow a religion has synthetic AS. Obsessing about one thing, having one view, not seeing it in another light. (just a theory and a thought) I wouldn't want to go in a relationship with someone who loves someone else more than me that THEY have never met, nor seen, nor dated. Well, I ...

One of these days all these religious fruitcakes and political extremist will realize there is no 'them'... it's only us, we are all in this together. Until then, it's us ...

The Gospel of Truth and Tripartite Tractate were both fascinating reads, I like the way Valentinus and St. Thomas explain the veil of reality between ourselves and the divine, mainly that it fits my own sense of things quite well (especially when you think of a lot of things going on out there like...

It seems to me that the ultimate aim of Valentinus's system was the seperation of the spirit from the body and the uniting of it (the spirit) with the ultimate perfect wisdom. This being acheived through self gnosis. It was everything transforming and uniting via gnosis to the perfect spritual wisd...

He can be criticized well enough for what he actually is without making stuff up. I would consider any government with much control over the econom...

No, either Ron Paul wins the primaries or I'm not voting So you're not voting? You're 15, so there's a good chance your political views will change dramatically by the next election. (Yeah, I know I'm not much older- in all probably my views will also shift by then) Actually they've already changed...
