I used to work on a production line and I got a job as "line lead" supervisor - it was a disaster :( It was basically your situation - I was really good at training, and doing the jobs myself, but I just didn't know how to supervise people. When they were lazy I got all over their case, then they ha...

No one is using physical force to make anyone work. Furthermore workers are not owned, hence they are not slaves. Well, no one is using physical force to make others work, but you have to admit that the money economy is pretty coercive in that it cuts off the individual from the natural economy (so...

I also believe that free enterprise can deliver goods and services to the consumer better than government can. I just have a problem with people confusing consumership with citizenship. Libertarianism generally thinks that unregulated free market capitalism is the solution to all of the ills of soci...

I've come to the conclusion that war, along with famine and disease, exist because they're "Mother Nature's" way of balancing out the human population. If the "three deadly killers" suddenly disappeared, the human population would eventually overcome the planet. Maybe, but it's not necessarily true...

I just love it when someone posts a youtube link with no explanation of what I'm supposed to be watching, it's length, the author, or anything other than a brief thread title... I will be sure to click on that link and watch the video immediately... NOT! Obviously, the OP isn't willing to take the ...

Yes thank you so much for saying that:) I'm self-diagnosed and I doubt I will ever be able to afford a real diagnosis/therapy, but I will not give up on trying to enjoy life while I'm here. My mom and my oldest sister always rationalize my past as well... I think the only thing you can do is put dis...

Dear David, Please Change. We are homeless, we are jobless, we have a 2 year old son and I've been with you this way for the past 5 years. I have shouldered the burden of supporting us right from the beginning and the weight of it all is like a ton of bricks sitting on top of a seed that will never ...

Congrats!! ! :) I myself went vegetarian about 3 years ago for my boyfriend and now I am about to make the leap to Veganism on my own. It's sort of hard to figure out how I'm going to do it because we are pretty much homeless and jobless right now, and our diet is usually ramen noodles and mac n che...

I WAS lefthanded when I started learning to write, until my stupid teacher made me switch... It took me about 2 months to finally get it with my right hand and over time I lost the ability to write with my left hand, but I still do cartwheels on the left side, cross my legs left over right and fold ...

Just my humble point of view: It is a pretty uncomfortable subject you're asking about; mainly because there is the whole stereotype that people with autism have problems empathizing with others - and people want to make the leap and say they don't feel anything. Which brings us to your question of ...

Personally, I believe in TRUE separation of state. Meaning I don't want to hear about this nation under GOD anymore than I want creationism being taught in science class. The benefits given to married couples in society are given to them because it is implied that married couples have children which...

But why not indeed give , instead of having the government forcibly take it? America's upper class should have been asking that question OF THEMSELVES a loooooong time ago... Doncha think???? Personally I go with the theory that the main reason for letting women into the workforce is TAXES. Women represented like half the population of the country - why just let ...
