Would you really recommend against an official diagnosis?

And what is the procedure? GP then specialist?

Quick replies! I've taken the Aspie quiz. It says I have both AS and NT aspects. The pattern thing may apply. It's more to do with counting for me. Counting lamposts whilst driving or paving slabs whilst walking. It's definitely weird as I count 4 of each then count 1; then back to the start :confus...
