I got my Technician License in May of 2002 mainly for Skywarn. I haven't been too active on 2 meter for a while and now I'm having issues with my HT not wanted to power up. I don't know if it's a battery issue or something else. BTW my call sign is KC0NKI.

I cannot wait for the first day of spring. We've had a somewhat nasty winter in Minnesota. December and January were brutal cold, IE -40 windchills and that's f not c although then again that's where f and c are the same. One issue is March can be snowy here and I sure hope not as I'll have a motorb...

Mine specializes in ASD which is a big help. She's about 80 miles from me (it's damn hard to find any shrink in the Twin Cities.) Since I only go there 2-3 times a year it's not a big deal. She also sent me to get an MRI since I have such a magnetic personality.

For me it's the strong memory and being able to remember things such as address or where places are which helps greatly as a courier driver.
