Welcome!

I don't know if I would call it a survival preoccupation, but I am fascinated by parasitology, biological chemistry and similar topics. Microscopic ecosystems and parasitic andsymbiotic relationships really get my ADHD side going.

Hello, Nightwing82. I understand how you feel. I was just diagnosed at 44 and I'm treading water. All I know to say to help is to just be kind to yourself and do whatever it is (that isn't unhealthy) that makes you feel less crappy.

Even without the social aspect there is the constant high alert our bodies are in to drain us of our energy. I think it is more common than not for us to be lacking in it.
