i've had it for 7 years and find it to be like having a disease. The hot flushes/flashes and night sweats were the worst. And i gained 25 lbs so easily even though i lived and ate the exact same. I'm a creature of habit. Getting the weight off (Because it makes me uncomfortable) has been very diffic...
